Van Der Molen Process Technology GmbH is part of Seppelec group since September 12th. This is a landmark in our business development, as the result of a challenging and complex proceeding that will place us in the leadership position as process experts in food industry.

Van der Molen Process Technology GmbH is fully operational and has registered a business office located in Germany, subsidiary company of Seppelec SL.

Van der Molen supplies the core of production systems for beverages of all types.

We deliver both small compact systems for low volume batch production with an arbitrary number of recipes and a wide range of processes as well as large systems designed for the continuous production of massive volumes of beverages of all types.

ION EXCHANGE. Sugar Clarification System.

Technology with high capacity and performance to operate with a wide variability capacity from: Standard quality (max 700 I.U) to raw sugar (up to 3,000 I.U). (tested in our R&D Lab. and Pilot Plant). Capacity: 70 ton/day to 200 ton/day of sugar. 80-90% remove color from simple syrup, depending on the resin properties. Decoloration & Demineralization.

Produce sugar syrup (simple syrup) with constant quality and con
centration. The unit complements a continuous production process and supports a minimization of production costs, not only due to its high degree of automation. The CONTIMOL can be customized to individual needs
regarding potential product output and based on usage and
availability of energy.
